In our hectic world, many things are often taken for granted without truly appreciating the moments or things... that's why I wanted to give you and your team, as well as all the farmers, a compliment and say thank you! I learned about your roastery through a blog online and told my girlfriend about it. She paid attention, and so for my birthday, I received a lovely package with all sorts of delicious coffees and espressos – simply fabulous! Each coffee was a little revelation in itself! Opening the bags and the aroma of the coffees was wonderful! Until about 2 years ago, I only drank capsule coffee to "wake up" in the morning – I would never have thought it possible back then how diverse and great coffee can really taste. I'm thrilled and now enjoy every moment related to coffee, from fresh grinding to brewing to drinking. It's a real enrichment in my life, to which you and your team contribute, among others. In October, I was on vacation in Austria with my parents and my brother, including his wife and child – I wouldn't rest until everyone agreed to a day trip to Tegernsee with a visit to Kaffee Felix! Everyone was delighted! I also bought several packs for myself and for friends and colleagues – I've made it a bit of a "mission" to introduce good coffee to my surroundings and to appreciate what's behind it.
