Dear Mario and everyone else at the roastery, I just received my second order from you and simply have to express my appreciation. I placed an order with you over 2 months ago, which included the Honduras Café Organico Marcala, and even then, it truly stood out; I had never tasted anything like it before, and I remember savoring and analyzing every tiny sip with each cup. To ease the student budget a bit, I had been drinking coffee from ********** for the past 2 months, and now it's more like I drink 2-3 cups a day without giving it much thought. That's mediocre coffee at best, certainly not a huge pleasure. I suspected that I might have overreacted a bit to your coffee and thought I'd just order it again. What can I say? Even when opening the package and grinding it, it was clear to me that this was no placebo effect; it's simply an incredibly good and well-roasted coffee. Even when brewing it in the Hario filter, you can actually see how it reacts to the water and how it smells, that there's a huge difference, unbelievable! And the cup was truly an endless delight; my expectations were even exceeded. I don't know how you do it, but you're doing everything right.
