Maximum Digestibility through Carbonic Natural™

As with our proven predecessor, we rely on the quality of our partner CR3. The innovative Carbonic Natural™ process uses natural spring carbon dioxide (CO2) to selectively remove 99.99% of the caffeine from the bean. Since this process uses no chemical solvents, the complex cell structures and precious aromas of the Colombian beans are fully preserved. The result: a coffee that is extremely digestible, low in acidity, and ideal for sensitive connoisseurs or a late evening espresso.

Suitable for Every Preparation Method

Thanks to its balanced roast, the Beso Beso is a true all-rounder. It produces excellent crema in an espresso machine, but is equally impressive with its berry sweetness in a French Press or as a classic filter coffee. It also unfolds its full aroma without bitterness in a fully automatic coffee machine.

Zubereitung: 50g Wasser aufgießen und 30 Sek. bloomen lassen. Wiederholung (50g Wasser aufgießen, 30 Sek. bloomen lassen), anschließend restliches Wasser (200g) in 20-30 Sek. aufgießen. Gesamte Brühzeit: 2:30 – 2:45 Min., Trinktemperatur: 50-55°C.

Tipp: Wenn der Kaffee etwas zu lange läuft, etwas gröber mahlen.

Der Geschmack eines Cappuccino verändert sich natürlich mit der Milchsorte, weshalb Sie selbst ausprobieren sollten, welche der genannten Milchsorten Sie nutzen.
