The Wallberger V.7: A Sip of Tegernsee Calm, a Moment of Indulgence

Inspired by the majesty of the Wallberg and the serenity exuded by the Tegernsee mountains, this specialty coffee brings the best of three continents to your cup. The name Wallberger is a tribute to the mountain in front of our roastery and stands for the highest quality and craftsmanship.

Carefully selected coffee beans from Brazil, Guatemala, and Kenya combine to create a balanced blend that delights with its delicate notes. A smooth, nutty-chocolatey taste that melts on the tongue and leaves a comforting feeling. The gentle roasting ensures a wonderfully balanced equilibrium and a pleasant, mild acidity – perfect for a delightful start to the day or a relaxing break.

With every sip, you travel through a world of flavors – from the sun-drenched altitudes of South America (pulped natural) to the fertile soils of Central America (honey washed) and into the aromatic coffee gardens of Africa. This filter coffee is more than just coffee – it is a small break, a piece of craftsmanship, and a moment of pure enjoyment.

Taste & Roasting Profile

Thanks to the precisely developed medium roast, the Wallberger V.7 is particularly digestible and boasts a pleasantly mild acidity.
