Espresso The Bäm: Your caffeine kick without acidity

Espresso The Bäm is a strong espresso that delights with an exceptional caffeine kick. This espresso, with 50% Robusta content, combines pure energy and stomach-friendly enjoyment – ideal for anyone looking for an espresso without acidity and with plenty of caffeine. Perfect as a quick pick-me-up in the morning, suitable for automatic coffee machines as well as portafilter machines.

Caffeine-rich enjoyment – strong, round, acid-free

The balanced blend of Indian Robusta and Peruvian Typica creates an espresso with plenty of caffeine and a full-bodied taste. Intense aromas of caramel, almond, and nougat unfold in every cup – whether as a classic espresso or as the base for a cappuccino. The medium roast brings out the notes harmoniously, while the gentle drum roasting almost completely eliminates acidity.

Transparency and origin – quality from responsible cultivation

Espresso The Bäm combines Indian Robusta from Karnataka, Kodagu (Elk Hill Estate) with Peruvian Typica from Chanchamayo (Negrisa). The Robusta impresses with its high caffeine content and strong structure, while the Peru Negrisa, as an organic-certified coffee, contributes fine elegance and balanced aromas. Both components are washed to ensure a clear, clean flavor profile.

For preparation methods – portafilter, espresso maker, and automatic coffee machine

Whether in a portafilter or an automatic coffee machine, as an espresso or cappuccino – The Bäm always delivers a well-rounded, powerful taste experience without unpleasant acidity.
