This special coffee blend consists of equal parts (50 %/50 %) of two exceptional specialty coffees:

  • 50 % Ethiopia Shantawene (Sidama Zone): Heirloom varieties, naturally processed – for fruity complexity.
  • 50 % Brazil Fazenda IP: Yellow Bourbon, pulped natural processed – for full body and a chocolatey base.

Zubereitung: 50g Wasser aufgießen und 30 Sek. bloomen lassen. Wiederholung (50g Wasser aufgießen, 30 Sek. bloomen lassen), anschließend restliches Wasser (200g) in 20-30 Sek. aufgießen. Gesamte Brühzeit: 2:30 – 2:45 Min., Trinktemperatur: 50-55°C.

Tipp: Wenn der Kaffee etwas zu lange läuft, etwas gröber mahlen.
