Since I've only had an espresso machine for two weeks and am still quite new to it, I don't yet have the taste differentiation or terminology I'd wish for to describe your espresso. Nevertheless, I can taste that the espresso is exceptional. I like that it has body without being heavy, that it has acidity without it being unpleasant in the slightest; on the contrary, the slight acidity wonderfully complements the lightness of the coffee. The coffee is wonderfully smooth and mild, and it has a rich fruitiness that I unfortunately can't yet identify. But there's still a lot to explore, and I have plenty of time to experiment.
