Hello Mario and Team, I received my first order from you today. Among other things, the two "Nombre de Dios" coffees. What can I say? For me personally, it's one of the best coffees I've ever tasted! So crystal clear and distinct in flavor, high-quality processing, and simply perfect all around. It certainly also comes down to the raw material and all the care that goes into its production. But of course, also your selection of this raw material and your careful refinement. You can just tell you understand the craft! In short: Thank you for this great coffee, you have brought much joy and pleasure, and made my coffee lover's heart beat faster (not because of the caffeine ;-)). Dear Mr. Liebold, After a long time, I recently ordered Emma Forte from you again – along with the question of whether I could receive information about grind size and brewing temperature (I had changed my machine and grinder). Just a few minutes later, a very friendly employee of yours called me, inquiring about my machine and preparation method (portafilter). And then the package with the espresso arrived – and a card noting the recommended brewing temperatures for different espressos, and an envelope with a sample for the ideal grind size. I now know so many roasteries in Germany, including many really good ones. But I have never experienced such perfect service. Respect!Johannes Rother
